The modern construction part of Jürgens realises with CAD-working stations the development and construction of special machines and the optimisation of various components. In addition, experienced foundry engineers of Jürgens complete the economic realisation of castings development.
The on-line processing/convert resp. editing of construction data of our customers and suppliers is essential today. Established software solutions in 2D and 3D area like AutoCAD, GENIUS, Pro/ENGINEER are at our disposal.
Especially for the optimisation of existing components resp. to reduce the construction costs, we use computer simulation processes. With this software, it is possible to effect FEM-calculations and to simulate and define solidification behaviours, internal stress, laggings as well as consistencies.
