Supervision of the material quality in the laboratory
To ensure the permanent high quality, analysis of the treated melts are made before the pouring starts. By means of optical vacuum-emission spectrometer, the samples are examined on their exact compound, so that a fast correction can be effected in case of a deviation of setpoints. After the pouring, a further analysis is made of each charge in order to have a complete documentation of the material quality which is poured in the casting with an article number.

It is possible to make further material testing by means of tensile or notched-bar impact tests and thus can be certified by inspection certificates according to DIN EN ISO 10204.
